Juma Muganda is a technology and cybersecurity executive with more than 15 years of experience across IT leadership, cybersecurity, IT governance, enterprise risk and digital transformation. As Founder and CEO of Seraph Cyber, he provides strategic direction for the company as it builds cybersecurity technology, threat intelligence capabilities and expert-led security services that help organisations understand risk, protect critical assets and strengthen cyber resilience.
Throughout his career, Juma has built and led cross-functional technology teams across multiple countries and supported organisations through complex technology, governance and security initiatives. His areas of expertise include cybersecurity strategy, ISO 27001, IT governance, enterprise risk management, cloud governance across AWS and Microsoft Azure, ICT controls, digital transformation and security leadership.
His leadership philosophy is grounded in the conviction that leadership is stewardship, excellence is worship, and integrity is non-negotiable. A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, Juma is actively involved in Christian ministry, Bible study and discipleship, and seeks to apply biblical principles of service, accountability and stewardship to leadership, business and community impact.
Beyond Seraph Cyber, Juma serves as a Board Member at Christ Is The Answer Ministries (CITAM), where he contributes to ICT oversight, governance and risk advisory.
