37 years’ experience across various public entities, the last as Director of Strategy and Resource Mobilization at the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. She has vast experience in strategy, planning, finance, resource mobilisation, operations management, corporate communications, and quality and risk management.
Rose holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Delhi University) and an MBA in Finance (ESAMI, MsM), and is currently undertaking a PhD in Finance at the University of Nairobi. She is a Certified Public Accountant (Kenya), a Certified Public Secretary (Kenya) and an accredited governance auditor.
