SEED Programme
What SEED is
This is a non-commercial social impact initiative under the Enwealth Foundation’s Economic Empowerment pillar, designed to strengthen the capacity of SME entrepreneurs through practical learning, mentorship and leadership development.
Purpose
Rooted in faith, the programme goes beyond producing successful entrepreneurs to shaping transformed marketplace leaders — men and women who build sustainable enterprises that honour God, empower people and positively impact society. The purpose is to raise a generation who do business with excellence, purpose, influence and kingdom impact.

About SEED
Every graduate is assessed across the same six domains, producing a Composite Growth Index, a support band and a clear picture of the single capability holding the business back. That is what determines the mentor you are placed with and the plan you work to for the next ninety days.
Confidence, discipline and the habits of leading other people.
Revenue, records, customers and the systems that outlive a good month.
What you can now do that you could not do before the programme.
The transformation plan you wrote, and how much of it actually happened.
Whether the business could absorb investment, a mentor or a bigger order.
Running an enterprise in a way you would be content to have examined.
The weights are published because you are entitled to know how you are being measured. Business Growth & Maturity carries the most because it is what the programme most directly sets out to change.

Applications are open to Kenyan entrepreneurs running or starting a business. The form takes about fifteen minutes. You will be asked about your business, what you are trying to build, and where you would most value support — not for anything you would need an accountant to answer.
